- You can lose your deposit on Special Orders After 30 Days of package being in store.
-No return on Lay Away After 30 Days unless longer agreement was made, minimum deposit layaway 20%, non- refundable $5 service fee, and 20% cancellation fee, you can lose your deposit.

-No returns on alterations to any item.

-All Special orders made internationally, if returned, to be sent back to supplier must pay for shipping cost and return must be within a week.

Exchanges on returned items can only be made if in good condition with all stickers and tags and boxes etc.. that comes with merchandise. Please do not tear rip off or use any item purchased unless 100% finalized you do not intend on returning, please accompany with receipt. All exchanges must be done within 30 days.
